How do I get a Printania card?

Signing up for the Printania loyalty programme is free of charge. If you would like a Printania loyalty card, you can apply at Printemps stores or via our website www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive.

How do I get a Printania Plus* card?

To get a Printania Plus* card, go to the Printemps Services Area at your local Printemps store with your ID, bank details and address or cheque book and credit card with proof of address. This card is a one-year revolving credit facility that allows you to pay for your purchases in cash or on credit. Every month, Sofinco will provide you with the details of your purchases through your account statement.

How much do the Printania loyalty card and Printania Plus* card cost?

Applying for the Printania card or Printania Plus card is free of charge.

How long is the Printania card / Printania Plus card* valid for?

The Printania loyalty card has no expiry date. This means you can use it at your leisure, at all Printemps stores offering the Printania programme. If you have chosen a Printania Plus* card, it is valid for 3 years, as specified on the front of your card.

Which Printemps stores accept my Printania or Printania Plus* card?

Your Printania card or Printania Plus* card is accepted at all Printemps stores, except for the Louvre, Brest, Caen and Tours branches.

I’ve not been receiving Printania loyalty programme offers, how do I change this?

Throughout the year, the Printania programme will bring you special loyalty scheme offers and news of specific events, private sales and previews. To receive them, you must have provided the following information in your personal account: surname, first name, e-mail address, your consent to receive e-mails, text messages or letters, your postal address and telephone number.
Please make sure that all this information is registered and up-to-date by logging into your personal account via www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive.

What benefits am I entitled to at Printemps with my Printania card?

The Printania card allows you to earn points with each purchase to attain different statuses, access increasingly generous services and receive €10 discount vouchers. You benefit from a customisable loyalty programme allowing you to take advantage of an accelerator for earning discount vouchers. How long are my SHOPPING POINTS valid for?

SHOPPING POINTS will expire in the event that the cardholder is inactive (no purchases made with presentation of the Printania card) for 18 months from the date of the last purchase.

How long are my STATUS POINTS valid for?

STATUS POINTS are valid for one year after entering the status. If the STATUS POINTS threshold is lower than the minimum authorised for that status, the holder's status will be amended once a year, according to the number of STATUS POINTS awarded, on the anniversary date of the most recent status.

I would like to change my favourite brands, how do I do that?

You have the chance to fill in and modify your favourite brands each time your status changes and on the anniversary date of your status by logging into your personal account: www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive.

How many points can I earn with my Printania or Printania Plus card?

Your Printania or Printania Plus card allows you to earn SHOPPING POINTS and STATUS POINTS with every purchase.
€2 spent = 1 SHOPPING POINT and 1 STATUS POINT.
SHOPPING POINTS allow you to receive discount vouchers. 1,000 SHOPPING POINTS = 1 X €10 discount voucher. To earn discount vouchers faster, you can take advantage of an accelerator; when you buy an item from one of your three favourite brands at Printemps or purchase something at Printemps with your Printania Plus card*, you’ll double your SHOPPING POINTS. If you do both at the same time, you can quadruple them! To register your favourite brands, go to your Personal Account, which can be accessed via www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive.
STATUS POINTS allow you to access 4 statuses with increasingly generous services and benefits.

How do I find out how many points I have accrued on my Printania or Printania Plus* card?


You can check your STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS balance, your status, the number of discount vouchers you have and all your exclusive benefits at any time at Printemps stores or by logging into your personal account at www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive.

Can I give my points to someone else?

STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS accrued under the Printania loyalty programme have no market value and cannot be transferred to a third party. However, you can add a joint cardholder to your Printania card and so share your STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS; you will enjoy the same status and benefits and points will be accrued on the same account. You will therefore be able to earn €10 discount vouchers faster, which you or the joint cardholder can use at the cash desk.

How do I find out my status and whether I am nearing the higher status?

Your status is specified on your Printania card or Printania Plus* card.
To find out your status, you can also log into your personal account at www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive. Here you can find out how many STATUS POINTS you still need to accrue to reach the higher status.

How do I use my Printania €10 discount voucher?

Your €10 discount voucher can be used the day after you get it and is available directly at the cash desk at your Printemps store. If you want to make use of it, just let this be known when you pay. You have 6 months to spend it as you wish at any Printemps store, except the Louvre, Brest, Caen and Tours branches and the Printemps Outlet in Miramas.  Discount vouchers are cumulative and must not represent more than 50% of the amount on your receipt.

Can I transfer my €10 Printania voucher to someone else?

Vouchers are assigned to a Printania customer account and cannot be transferred to a third party. However, you can add a joint cardholder to your loyalty account and so share your STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS; you’ll enjoy the same status and benefits and your points will be combined. You will therefore be able to earn discount vouchers faster, which you or the joint cardholder can use at the cash desk at your Printemps store.

Will I earn points when using my Printania €10 discount vouchers?

To calculate your STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS, we take into account the final amount you have to pay for your Printemps purchases, shown on your receipt after any discount is applied and deduction of your discount vouchers. For example, you buy a pair of trousers priced at €150 and use a €10 coupon. You therefore pay €140, allowing you to earn 70 SHOPPING POINTS and 70 STATUS POINTS.

How do I take advantage of a Printania Day?

Depending on your status, calculated on the basis of €2 = 1 STATUS POINT, and from the Ruby status, you can take advantage of Printania Days that are valid for 6 months.
• Ruby (from 500 STATUS POINTS): 1 Printania Day
• Gold (from 2,000 STATUS POINTS): 2 Printania Days
• Platinum (from 5,000 STATUS POINTS): 2 Printania Days
This shopping day gives you access to an exclusive discount of 15% on all your purchases, or 25% off Beauty, excluding red dots*.

How long is a Printania Day valid for?

You have 6 months from the date you obtain a Printania Day to use it.

How do I activate a Printania Day?

Your Printania Day can be activated at the cash desk on the day of your choice and is valid for 24 hours.

How is my status worked out?

Your Printania status is worked out according to the amount spent on Printemps purchases, based on €2 of purchases = 1 STATUS POINT. STATUS POINTS are valid for a rolling 12-month period. In the event of a refund for a purchase, the STATUS POINTS will be deducted.

Can I switch from a Printania loyalty card to a Printania Plus* card and vice versa?

Switch to Printania Plus* at any time. You can always switch back! The Printemps Services Area at Printemps stores can help you with this. If you would like a Printania Plus card, remember to bring your ID, bank details and address or proof of address or your cheque book and credit card with you. You should also know that paying for purchases at Printemps stores using this card allows you to double your SHOPPING POINTS and earn €10 discount vouchers faster.

Can I make purchases with the Printania Plus* card in small monthly instalments after paying at the cash desk? 

You can always change your mind about your payment afterwards. If after paying in cash you wish to pay on credit, you can do so in accordance with Sofinco’s terms and conditions: • by subscribing to the text message and/or email arbitration alert. Once you have subscribed to the service, you will receive your choice of a monthly text message or an email showing the total amount of purchases made in cash. You will then be able to: - either log into your account management area to pay in small monthly instalments - or answer "Yes" to the text message sent to you. 
• call a Sofinco advisor on 3266 (€0.34/min, within metropolitan France) for partial or total arbitration.

When will I be charged for Printemps purchases made using my Printania Plus* card?

Purchases paid for with your Printania Plus card* are deducted on the 5th of the following month, in accordance with Sofinco's terms and conditions, if you have opted for cash payment or payment at maturity according to the terms of payment you’ve chosen and the cut-off date for your Sofinco account. If you wish, you can also benefit from an amortising loan by contacting Sofinco on 32 66 (€0.34/min, within metropolitan France) or +33 (0)9 73 32 33 09 (standard rate number). 

What happens when my Printania Plus* card reaches its expiry date? Is my account closed? 

Your Printania Plus* card is valid for 3 years. On its expiry date, a new Printania Plus* card in the colours associated with your status will be sent out to you automatically, without any change to the PIN. You’ll therefore continue to enjoy all the benefits of the Printania loyalty programme. In order to receive your new card if you have changed your postal address, please give the Printemps store your new address, update your personal account: www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprivé and inform Sofinco, providing proof of address less than 3 months old and your account or Printania Plus card** number:

Can you help me understand the account statement for purchases made at Printemps with my Printania Plus* card?

I’ve just received my new Printania Plus* card. Is the PIN still the same as my previous card? How do I change it?

The PIN for your Printania Plus* card remains unchanged. If you have forgotten it, please to go to the Printemps Services Area at your Printemps store or contact Sofinco on the following number 32 66 (€0.34/min, within metropolitan France) or +33 (0)9 73 32 33 09 (standard rate number).

From what amount can I benefit from payment facilities? Is this free or is there a cost?  

There is no minimum purchase amount if you want to pay in cash or in small monthly instalments with the Printania Plus* card. You can pay in instalments starting from €150 of purchases. Free or paid financing offers, in accordance with Sofinco's terms and conditions, allow you to spread your payments over 3, 5 or 10 instalments. When you come to pay, you can easily and discreetly choose the cash or credit method of payment that best suits you on the payment terminal.

I have a Printania Plus* card and have just moved up to a higher status; will I receive a new card? Are my new benefits available immediately? What happens to my old card?

If you have chosen a Printania Plus* card, Sofinco will send it to you at the address specified in your personal account within a few days. If necessary, please update your address. The benefits associated with your new status are available from the day you obtain it. To enjoy them, simply activate them in your personal account: www.printempsfrance.com/espaceprive. Until you receive your new Printania Plus* card, present your old one at Printemps stores to continue to collect points and access your new services. On receiving your new card, you should destroy the old one, which will not be recognised at Printemps stores for much longer.

I can't use my Printania Plus* card, what do I do?

I’ve just received a new card, but already have a Printania Plus* card. Why have I been sent another one?

When you opened your Printania Plus* card, we gave you a provisional payment card. A few days later, we sent you your permanent card in the colours associated with your new status, allowing you to take advantage of both your Printania benefits and your payment options; this card replaces the previous Printemps card, which you can now destroy.

I have lost the code for my Printania Plus card, what do I do?

For a new PIN, please go to the Printemps Services Area at your Printemps store or contact Sofinco on the following number 32 66 (€0.34/min, within metropolitan France) or +33 (0)9 73 32 33 09 (standard rate number).

I have lost my Printania Plus card. How do I cancel it and get a new one?

If you are a Printania Plus* cardholder, please contact Sofinco on 32 66 (€0.34/min, within metropolitan France) or +33 (0)9 73 32 33 09 (standard rate number). A new card will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Why should I install the Printania card on my mobile?

Having your digital Printania card on your mobile phone gives you access to all the information related to your Printania account (points, discount vouchers, benefits, etc.). 
You can be kept up-to-date on your benefits and offers through notifications.
You’ll be able to enjoy all your Printania benefits at your Printemps store, at any time, without your physical card.

How do I install the Printania card on my iPhone?

To install the Printania card on your mobile, simply click on the link in the email or text message sent by Printemps to download your card.
Then you can add your Printania card to your Wallet. 

How do I install the Printania card on my Android phone?

To install the Printania card on your mobile, simply click on the link in the email or text message sent by Printemps to download your card.
Then you can consent to receiving notifications by clicking on the bell symbol and register your Printania card on Google Pay. If you already have the Google Pay app, your Printania card will register directly in the app. If you don't have the Google Pay app on your mobile, you can click on "view in app" and download it; your card will register directly in the Google Pay app. 

I didn't receive a link to install the card. I can't find or have accidentally deleted the email or text message sent by Printemps to download my Printania card, what should I do?

You just have to wait for the next email or text message to be sent to you by Printemps in order to download your card onto your mobile.
 

Which devices can the Printania card be installed on?

Your card is only available on your mobile phone. However, you can install it on your mobile from your computer by clicking on the link in the email sent by Printemps. Simply scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
You can only install the digital Printania card on Android phones and iPhones (other operating systems are not supported).

Can I install the Printania Plus card on my mobile?

Yes, you can install the Printania Plus card on your mobile to accrue points and enjoy all your benefits. However it is necessary to physically present your Printania Plus card to complete payment for your purchases.

Can I install multiple Printania cards on my mobile?

No, you cannot install multiple cards on your mobile, only the card for which you are the holder can be installed on your mobile.

I've found a site that allows me to install my Printania card on my mobile automatically, should I use it?

Please use only the link sent by Printemps to digitise your Printania card on your mobile. Only the link sent by Printemps provides you with all the information related to your card and allows you to receive notifications.

Can I install my Printania card on more than one device?

No, the Printania card can only be installed on the Printania cardholder's mobile phone.
 

Can I forward the email to a third party?

No, the link in the email or text message is for single use only and can only generate one digital card.

How do I uninstall the Printania card from my iPhone?

To uninstall the Printania card from your iPhone, just go to your wallet, click on the Printania card and then on the small "i" for information.
You will then be able to click on "delete card".

How do I uninstall the Printania card from my Android phone?

To uninstall the Printania card from your mobile, simply "delete" your Printania card from the Google Pay app.

How do I use my digital Printania card in store?

Any time you go to the cash desk, you can present your mobile phone with your digital card instead of your physical Printania card. The QR code on your card will be scanned with your purchases and you will be able to collect points and enjoy all your privileges.

Can I use my card at all Printemps stores?

You can present your digital card at all Printemps stores, except for the Louvre, Brest, Caen and Tours branches and the Printemps Outlet in Miramas.

What should I do if my physical Printania card gets lost or stolen?

Please go to the Printemps Services Area at your Printemps store to renew your card. This will be sent out to you in the coming days. Your digital Printania card will be automatically updated on your mobile once the new card has been created.

Can I transfer my digital Printania card to a third party?

No, only the Printania cardholder can use his or her card in store.

I’ve changed phones, how do I get my card back?

If you restore the content of your previous mobile, your card will be downloaded and automatically appear in the wallet / Google Pay app on your new mobile.

My status / number of points is wrong, what should I do?

Information related to your Printania card is updated on your mobile every two days. After this time, please contact Printemps Services at your Printemps store or the online Customer Services via the "Contact Us" section (www.printempsfrance.com/contact).

Where can I find my Printania loyalty card number?

Your Printania loyalty card number is comprised of 16 digits. It is shown on your digital card under the QR Code.

Where can I find all the information related to my Printania account?

How do I unsubscribe from notifications?

To stop receiving notifications related to your Printania card if you are using: 
- an iPhone: go to settings > notifications > Wallet > deselect "allow notifications"
- an Android phone: you cannot restrict the sending of notifications related to your Printania card in Google Pay. Only by stopping "Google Pay" notifications will you no longer receive notifications related to your Printania card.

I’ve lost my Printania card. How do I get a new one?

If you have a Printania loyalty card, the Printemps Services Area at your Printemps store can take care of renewing your card. This will be sent out to you in the coming days.

Can I renew my Printania or Printania Plus card at any Printemps store?

You can request a new Printania card or Printania Plus** card at any Printemps store, except for the Louvre, Brest, Caen and Tours branches and the Printemps Outlet in Miramas.

How long will it take to replace my Printania or Printania Plus* card in the event of loss, theft, or demagnetisation?

Your new Printania card or Printania Plus** card will be sent out to you shortly. You can still continue to enjoy your benefits at Printemps stores by providing your First and Last Name at the till, so that we can keep track of your purchases and your points.

I forgot to present my card when making my last purchase at Printemps, how do I claim back my points?

If you forget your Printania card or Printania Plus* card, simply give your First and Last Name at the cash desk when you pay in order to collect your points. However, if you did not identify yourself when making the previous purchase, we are unfortunately unable to award you the corresponding points afterwards.

How are STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS administered if I am the joint account holder of a card?

If you are the joint cardholder of a Printania loyalty account, you share your STATUS POINTS and SHOPPING POINTS with the other account holder; you enjoy the same status, the same benefits and points will be accrued on the same account. This gives you the chance to access €10 discount vouchers faster, which can be used by you or the other account holder.

I have a physical Printania loyalty card and have just moved up to a higher status, will I receive a new card? Are my new benefits available immediately? What happens to my old card?

If you have chosen a physical Printania loyalty card rather than a digital card, it will be sent to the address specified in your personal account within a few days. Please update your address if necessary. The benefits associated with your new status are available from the day you obtain it. QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED IN STORE

Payment methods accepted at Printemps stores are the following: cash, cheques, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Printania Plus Card, Printemps Listes Card, Printemps Gift Card, Kadeos Gift Card, KADEOS Gift Voucher, CADHOC Gift Voucher, CUP Cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, JCB, DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion).


Good to know: when you pay by cheque, we use a service provided by Certegy SNC to carry out an assessment of the risk of non-payment when paying by cheque, this service is known as the Transax service. Transax is a service provided to the merchant from whom you purchase goods. The merchant uses Transax services to help them decide whether or not to accept a cheque you present for payment. We may use the assessment it provides when we decide to accept your cheque.
The information we collect and may share with Certegy SNC is the information on the cheque and in some cases, information collected when verifying your identity (phone number, ID number). Certegy SNC cannot access your banking information under any circumstances at any time during the assessment process. When you attempt to pay for goods by cheque, Certegy SNC collects the data from that cheque. The details of your cheque will be verified against the information contained in our database and may also be verified against details contained in an official database called the National Register of Irregular Cheques (FNCI). You may choose to submit and Certegy SNC may collect additional personal information from you by telephone if you wish to call us after a cheque has been refused, or if a cheque has not been refused but Certegy SNC requires further information. In any case, if taking into account the advice of Certegy SNC, the merchant decides to refuse the cheque, you are free to pay by any other means, for example credit card or cash.

How Certegy SNC may use your information:

- To carry out an assessment of the risk of non-payment and to prevent possible fraud.
- To recover any unpaid amount from you. If your cheque is not paid, we will send it to Certegy SNC along with any other relevant information we have about you. Certegy SNC may also take legal action against you for an individual debt.
- Certegy SNC can also consult the National Register of Irregular Cheques to check that your cheque is not fraudulent or been stopped.
Certegy SNC keeps information relating to any checks it carries out until the debt is cleared in the event of non-payment. Certegy SNC may use any information it holds about you when making decisions about further payments by cheque. Certegy SNC is a member of the FIS group. As a customer, you have certain rights concerning your personal data.
